Meet the characters

Name Peregrin 'Pippin' Took.
Strengths Excellent wardrobe. Unbelievable tolerance to alcohol (see below).
Weaknesses Cannot abide discomfort and books in to the most luxurious hostelries available.
Dress code accuracy Checked waistcoat and wool cords are the bases of his attire, dons the elvish cloak gifted by the lady of the golden wood. Cloak is in need of water and female repellant. Also wears a badge in mockery of the actor who pretended to be him once.
Favourite beer Timothy Taylor Landlord(s).
Alcohol tolerance Without measure. The elvish side of him (from the Tooks no doubt) have given him a power which surpasses far weightier creatures. It is astonishing to see the quantity of liquid that passes his lips without seemingly to have any effect on his self control. However, his self control is never very good, so it is difficult to compare. He despairs when lesser mortals consume only fractions of the quantities that he is capable of.
Female repelance Terrible. All the females that we come into contact find him alluring. We reproach him for it and wish he could be more like us.
Character toughness Gets cross a lot when others won't comply with his wishes. As to toughness though, these tantrums have little effect. His dedication to his character however is unequalled.
Magic skills Once was a ringbearer and used it to make himself invisible. But as it was used with a light heart, the White Council considered breaking his staff and he becomes invisible no more.
Bare footedness (hobbits only) Wore sandals once upon a time which is as close as he gets. Since then does not make full use of his naturally leathery soles. This however is common with most hobbits nowadays. He does however often wear unusual footwear which creates great interest.
Heroism Being one of the twain who wore the distinguished hobbit atire from the beginning, none can doubt Peregrin Took's heroism.
Tobacco skills Enjoyed imbibing on a pipe for a few years. His tendency to turn green has perturbed him in recent years.
Summary Pippin was one of the instigators of the hobbit holidays. As part founder, his importance to the fellowship is beyond words. He is one of only two to wear the full regalia from the beginning and has embraced the full ethos of the escence of the hobbit holidays.
